During the Alpha and Delta waves, COVID-19 hospitalised patients were younger compared to the other waves. During the Omicron wave, COVID-19 hospitalised patients were frailer compared to the other waves. Also during the Omicron wave, unvaccinated patients made up a large proportion of COVID-19 hospitalised patients (35.6%).
